Tuesday, December 16th, 2008A beautiful day for shopping
Friday, October 3rd, 2008Joanne and Barbara were such fun customers to work with! They were having such a great day together! Joanne had special ordered a couple of different designs and had brought Barbara along to help with her choices. They both ended up purchasing some of my all time favorite pieces and looked fabulous in them!
Michelle’s Coral Me Red
Thursday, September 4th, 2008
This is my fabulous friend Michelle in Arizona. Her thoughtful husband picked this necklace out for her birthday (with some hints from Michelle). Though it may look like plastic or glass beads in the photo, it is actually Bamboo Coral. Each bead is a little different is shape, color, and size. It is one of the most unique materials that I use. She looks so good in red!!!
Jessica’s Tourmaline Treasure
Thursday, September 4th, 2008
I met Jessica at the Briar Patch, a craft show that I did for several years while living in Arizona. She had bought a strand of beautiful tournaline stones several years prior and was not sure what she was going to do with them. I used small delicate chain, garnet, and citrine to accent the tournaline. She let me run wild and the end product turned out to be great.
Linda’s necklace
Thursday, September 4th, 2008
Linda is one of my great neighbors from Kachina Lane in Arizona. She wanted me to design a piece for her before I moved. With her help this is what we came up with.It was the least I could do to try to pay her back for all of the wonderful food she has cooked for myself and my family during the last 6 years
Wonderful Wedding
Wednesday, September 3rd, 2008Two of my closest friends, Karol and Dave got married over Labor Day Weekend in Virginia. It was a very emotional and beautiful ceremony with a wild reception. They are such a special couple and will have a wonderful life together. I was honored to create the wedding jewelry for the bride as well as the bridesmaids. Karol has a very distinct style and is very creative. She worked right alongside of me while designing and creating these pieces. The bridesmaid jewelry was something I have never done before and turned out better than I ever could have imagined!
Cathy’s new necklace
Wednesday, July 16th, 2008Cathy and I had met through another client who had given her my name. She came to my studio (OK, just a room in my home) and while looking at other pieces saw this unfinished strand of cornflake pearls (Keishi Pearls). They are truly beautiful pearls and I only had one strand. They are a mix of bronze/gold, pink, and ivory. I put them together for her on a necklace they just compliment her perfectly!
